Grace Lee provides in-house counsel on legal affairs for the firm and its portfolio companies, with an emphasis on supporting the firm’s data privacy compliance efforts and human resources and marketing teams.
Prior to joining Platinum in 2020, Ms. Lee was Associate General Counsel at Incora (formerly Wesco Aircraft). Before Incora, she spent four years in the mergers and acquisitions group of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Lee holds a BA in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Washington, an MSc in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
